How many inmates were incarcerated in Humboldt County during March?

In Humboldt County, 39 inmates were incarcerated in March, the same as the month before, according to the Nevada Department of Corrections.

Gavin Paul Parry, a 21-year-old, was the youngest inmate incarcerated in Humboldt County in March.

Jorge Cordoba Velazquez was the oldest at 71-years-old.

Every year, at least 38,000 people are booked into Nevada's local jails.

Nevada has an incarceration rate of 713 per 100,000 people, which means it incarcerates a higher percentage of its population than any other democracy in the world.
